Fractional Engineering Support
Often, plants do not need a full-time engineering but need help with operations or smaller projects. Our Fractional Engineers allow plants to have a highly experienced process engineer on the team. An engineer that knows your plant and is available and/or on site. There’s no need to incur the costs of hiring and retaining difficult-to-find engineering talent. Instead, plants gain access to seasoned engineers with current industry knowledge and proven experiences. This allows plants to focus on producing ethanol and its co-products while our engineer works as part of the Ops team and consults with plant management to find ways to debottleneck parts of the plant, prepare for shutdowns and turn-arounds, reduce risk by diversifying your portfolio, reducing BTU/gal, and increasing profits.
