Project Manager Responsibilities
Our project manager is equipped to perform a range of duties to support your plant, including but not limited to:
- Discussing and aligning customer objectives
- Managing and communicating the project plan
- Preparing progress reports
- Managing and negotiating work with sub-contractors
- Serving as the single point of contact for all team members
Process Safety Management
As a standard best practice, following the implementation of a capital investment project, our team reviews and supports all safety management and process hazard reviews. LucasE3 is committed to helping you meet industry standards related to employee safety, as well as environmental codes and regulations. Safety is a key aspect of every service we provide.
PSM Review Package
A Process Safety Management (PSM) review package from LucasE3 typically includes:
- Material and Energy Balance assessments and Process Flow Diagrams
- Review and recommendations for improving Standard Operating Procedures and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s)
- Ammonia and chemical handling practice reviews to ensure EPA compliance
- Other recommendations for enhancing safety and regulatory compliance
