In 2011 LucasE3 started with only Scott Lucas; today we have a staff of 15 professionals in the US and office in Brazil that support our efforts. We are a growing company that brings deep industry experience and senior-level talent to deliver full turnkey solutions. From on-site management all the way down to P&IDs, LucasE3 has you covered.

Turnkey projects reduce owner price and performance risk. With only LucasE3 responsible for delivering the entire project from engineering, project management, equipment specifications, expediting, contracting and ultimately, system performance, you have one firm to hold accountable.

Process Engineering

Our engineers started their careers in plants. We develop practical, engineering-ready solutions that improve energy efficiency, capacity, and operability – grounded in real plant constraints, not theoretical designs. To provide an even higher level of efficiency, at the customer’s option LucasE3 simulates and tweaks existing or planned process flows using Aspen Plus simulation software.

From early concept development through detailed engineering, installation, and startup, LucasE3 provides end-to-end support. We remain engaged throughout the lifecycle to ensure solutions are implemented correctly, operate as intended and deliver solid ROIs.

With current 45Z tax credits, many of our projects have payback of three years or less.
